At TryCarly, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must not be damaged or used

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer (for prepaid orders)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed after product inspection.


🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


📞 Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
