📦 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

The product must not be damaged or used
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse

Products returned without original packaging

Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued via bank transfer (for prepaid orders)

Shipping fees are non-refundable
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed after product inspection.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
